Quantity Surveyors needed at Town - 5 days work week

Job description

Job Scope:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for assigned projects.

• Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of assigned projects.

• Conduct risk, value management, and cost control.

• Perform cost analysis, procurement strategy, and cost planning.

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.

• Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors and suppliers.

• Assess and certify progress claims and final accounts.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

• Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.

Job requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in recognised by Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences in quantity surveying.
