Operations Admin Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Operations Admin Executive to support the day-to-day administrative functions of our Operations team. In this role, you will ensure operational processes run smoothly by maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, coordinating with vendors, and planning vehicle movement schedules efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems.
• Process and verify invoices, ensuring completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Liaise with vendors and external partners to coordinate operational matters.
• Plan and optimise driving routes for vehicle movements to ensure efficient scheduling and timely execution.
• Maintain and update operational records, documents, and databases.
• Support the Operations team with ad hoc administrative duties and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of administrative support experienced.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
