Drafter

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing shop drawings for door projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain detailed shop drawings for door manufacturing using AutoCAD.
• Interpret and understand architectural layout plans (not M&E).
• Review and ensure accuracy in all drawings, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of drawings.
• Communicate with main contractors on-site as required to resolve design or layout queries.
• Report to the Project Director for updates and approvals on assigned projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD with a focus on architectural drafting.
• Strong ability to read and understand layout plans.
• Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to visit job sites as necessary.
• Open to all nationalities. Candidates must be eligible for a Work Permit (no S Pass or Employment Pass).
