Job Summary

You will conduct pest inspections and treatments, communicate treatment plans to clients, maintain equipment and vehicles, and complete service documentation to ensure effective pest control operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pest inspections and apply appropriate pest control treatments to client sites
• Communicate clearly with clients to explain treatment plans and address their concerns
• Maintain pest control equipment and company vehicle to ensure operational readiness and safety
• Complete accurate service reports and daily logs to document treatments and activities

Required competencies and certifications

• NEA certification
• Class 3 driving license
• Physical fitness to perform outdoor work safely and effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Responsible and punctual work habits to maintain service reliability

💵 Compensation Package:

• Basic Salary: $2,500 - $3,000
• Additional Pay: Productivity incentives, overtime, and Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
