Operations Executive

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Operations Executive to assist us in managing our operations. The Operations Executive will be responsible for planning the daily and periodic work schedules, managing clients’ enquiries, feedbacks and assist with operations administrative duties.

• 5.5 Days work week
• Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday: 9.00am to 1.00pm

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, manages team of cleaning supervisors, floaters and cleaners.
• Manage daily work schedule planning for cleaning crews.
• To liaise with clients for service appointments.
• To handle client’s enquiries and feedbacks promptly and ensure client’s satisfaction.
• To communicate and coordinate service timings and dates between Operations and Sales department.
• To provide training for cleaning supervisors, floaters and cleaners.
• To assist other cross departments on operations related matters.
• Respond to and report operational incidents if any.
• Manage, maintain and purchase store inventory items.
• To assist with operations administrative duties.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
• Perform cleaning duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above.
• Preferably 1 year of similar work experience.
• Possess good customer service, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess good working attitude and able to multi-task.
• Independent and a good team player.
