About this job
1. Handle phone / sms enquiries and tracking of appointments
2. Confirm , schedule and / or cancellation of appointments for both internal and external patient (SM & Tracking goggle sheet)
3. Follow up call / sms
4. Receiving and Greeting patients upon arriving , confirming the right treatment and registering patients
5. Data entry of patient personal information in system
6. Maintain cleanliness of clinic and front desk
7. Process payments using different payment mode
8. Able to work retail hours
