About the Role

This role is part recruiter, part marketer, part influencer.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively source and engage potential candidates (LinkedIn, referrals, events, outreach)
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on attitude, potential, and culture fit
• Conduct initial interviews and manage candidate pipelines
• Craft compelling messaging to position our career opportunity
• Work closely with leadership to align hiring with growth targets
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies and conversion rates

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to come from recruitment, but you must have:

✔ Strong communication & people skills
✔ Confidence in engaging and influencing others
✔ A proactive, hunter mindset (not waiting for leads)
✔ Resilience; able to handle rejection and stay consistent
✔ Interest in personal growth, sales, or talent development

Backgrounds in sales, HR, banking, insurance, or customer-facing roles are a strong advantage.
