Sales Promoter

The Role

• Promote and demonstrate OTC drugs, supplements and consumer healthcare products to walk-in customers at retail outlets or pharmacies.
• Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage
• Provide basic health advice or product recommendations according to customer needs
• Achieve monthly sales targets and track product performance
• Ensure product displays are neat, well-stocked and in line with branding guidelines
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service
• Collect customer feedback and report to the sales or marketing team
• Participate in promotional events, campaigns, or product launches as required

About You

• Good communicator
• Pleasant disposition
• Customer service oriented
• Minimum 2 years of retails sales promoter experience

Working Hours

• Wednesday to Sunday, 12pm to 9pm
• 1 hour break (4pm to 5pm)
