Qualifications & Required Skills
The onsite personnel must minimally possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- SharePoint certification in System Administration or Development preferred.
- Additional certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, PL-100, or SC-300 will be an advantage.
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as a SharePoint Developer.
- At least 7 years of combined experience as a SharePoint Administrator and Developer.
- Prior experience (≥1 year) working in Government, Research, or Educational institutions with both SOE & non-SOE environments preferred.
- Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of multiple SharePoint versions, including SharePoint Online.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- In-depth expertise in SharePoint services, farm topology, branding, design, and development platforms.
- Skilled in SharePoint customization, site provisioning, governance, user adoption, and M365 security.
- Proficient in configuring/administering SharePoint Online, including:
- Sites, site collections, document libraries, permissions, metadata, retention policies.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams & OneDrive:
- Access control, external sharing, lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, SharePoint Admin Centre, PowerShell scripting (MS Online, PnP, SPO), and basic Microsoft Graph API.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview compliance features, Conditional Access Policies, and audit log analysis.
- Advanced SharePoint development skills:
- SPFx, PlumSail Form Designer, C# with .NET Core / .NET 8+, Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Expertise in Azure AD App Registration, Graph API, OAuth scopes, JSON/XML parsing, Azure Key Vault, Web Services, .NET Framework 4.7+, report generation, log verification.
- Experience with ShareGate for migration and management tasks.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint branding and enterprise-scale solution support.
- Other Required Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SQL Server, Windows, Azure.

- Creative problem solver with ability to propose custom SharePoint solutions.
Additional (Good-to-Have) Skills
(Not mandatory but highly valued):
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development (Service Portal, Catalog, Workflow, App Engine, low-code & scripting).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and integration.
- Ability to design, configure, and customize ServiceNow apps, workflows, UI components, and integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow custom applications, automation, and scripting.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are an advantage.
