Interior Designer (Commercial)

Job Summary

The Design Consultant plays a key role in delivering creative and functional design solutions by bridging client vision with project execution. This role requires strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines. Success in this position depends on effective communication, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Obtain client’s requirement & site survey
• Develop design / detailed drawings
• Prepare design presentation (eg. colour scheme and material board)
• Source competitive quote/materials / samples
• Prepare Construction Specification / Design Documentation
• Update changes and ensure distribution to respective parties
• Participate in site meeting / site & defect inspection

Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree in Interior Design
• Min 2 years’ experience in designing corporate office projects
• Competent in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint , Excel and any other design software
• Creative conceptual design ability
• Skilled in space planning / conceptual design /interior detailing
• Strong in co-ordination & technical drawing
• Good team player and proactive
• Good communication skill for client management & presentation
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior roles.
