Job Summary:

• Oversee daily activities at the sushi kiosk, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction

• Manage and train staff, ensuring proper food preparation, presentation, and customer service standards are met

• Monitor Ingredient levels, ensure proper storage, and place ordereds to maintain stock levels while avoiding waste

• Identify and report any operational challenges, performance metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance service efficiency

• Ensure smooth communication and cooperation between team members to deliver service and maintain positive work morale

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in food service, with specific experience in sushi being a strong advantage

• Proven ability to manage and guide a team, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and hygiene.

• Understanding of sushi preparation techniques, ingredient handling, and presentation standards.

• Ability to ensure sushi is consistently prepared to high standards and that presentation meets customer expectations.

• Ability to handle operational challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining calm under pressure.

• Food Hygiene Certification
