[Contract] Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate and support all logistics operations relating to event planning and execution.

Assist in the successful delivery of event infrastructure, transport, access, and operational requirements.

Support inter-departmental planning processes, timelines, and operational milestones to ensure successful event outcomes.

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders regarding logistics requirements and project timelines.

Maintain and update operational documentation including: Operations manuals, Site plans, Event timelines, Transport plans, Inventory and logistics records

Assist with equipment movement, transportation scheduling, and onsite operational support.

Monitor logistics schedules and escalate delays or operational risks where necessary.

Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and cost forecasting related to logistics operations.

Ensure all logistics activities comply with event operational standards, safety procedures, and company policies.

Provide onsite support during event days, including weekends and extended working hours where required.

Assist with post-event pack down, asset reconciliation, and operational reporting.
