Design Engineer- Electrical and Instrumentation (Fresh graduate recruitment)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients to identify their design and construction requirements
• Work with major vendors to establish major equipment requirements and design criteria
• Review/Develop design drawings and specifications in accordance with project requirements
• Establish scope of modifications and design requirements
• Coordinate and interface with other disciplines on engineering designs
• Monitor and update design schedule regularly
• Investigate and undertake analysis on how to improve existing projects
• Support construction team to solve technical problems and propose practical solution to achieve required outcome under constraint
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Pre-requisites:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferably with a specialization in Power and Control Systems)
• Knowledge of engineering codes and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to handle stress and be sensitive to deadlines
• Proactive learner and ability to multi-tasks
