We are looking for a organized, energetic, and meticulous Sales Support Executive / Sales Coordinator to join our team in Singapore.

KeyResponsibilities

• Sales Administration & Documentation: Process customer enquiries, prepare quotations, issue purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and sales invoices accurately.
• Order Tracking & Logistics Coordination: Liaise closely with internal sales teams, engineers, overseas suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of equipment, parts, and services.
• Customer & Client Support: Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and general operational administrative support.
• Team Operations: Provide administrative and operational assistance to sales managers and service engineers as required.

Requirements

• Education: ITE / A Level / Diploma and above.
• Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in sales support, sales coordination, or customer service admin (experience in B2B tech, engineering, or semiconductor industries is an advantage, but fresh graduates with strong learning initiative are welcome).
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic ERP/accounting software.
• Meticulous with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Attributes: Proactive team player, capable of multi-tasking under light supervision, with a customer-centric attitude.
