Full-Time Retail Sales Associate (basic + comms)

Monthly Salary: UP to $2,500 + Commission

Working Address: Central

Working Hours: Rotational shifts (between 10:00AM - 09:00PM)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work 5 days a week across two shift schedules covering store hours (10:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and inventory levels.

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.

• Actively engage customers, understand their needs, and drive store sales performance.

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive customer service at all times.

• Handle cash register operations, POS transactions, and customer inquiries or feedback efficiently.

Qualification and Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales and customer service.

• Proficiency in spoken and/or written Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Sales-driven, proactive, and target-oriented with a passion for customer engagement.

• Must be willing and flexible to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

• Strong communication skills, teamwork, reliability, and basic operational support capabilities.
