Outlet Manager

Salary: From 2800 to $5,500/month

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outlet.

Responsibilities:

* Manage overall day-to-day café operations

* Lead, supervise and train outlet staff

* Manage staff scheduling, attendance and performance

* Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and service standards

* Monitor sales and work towards outlet targets

* Manage stock ordering, inventory, cost control and wastage

* Ensure proper cash handling and daily sales reconciliation

* Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene and safety standards

* Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs

* Provide regular outlet performance updates to management

Requirements:

* F&B, café or restaurant experience preferred

* Supervisory or management experience is an advantage

* Responsible, hands-on and able to lead a team

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required
