Security Engineer (Elastic stack / Python / RHEL / Ubuntu)

Maltem Asia is seeking a Security Engineer for a Wealth Management Client based in Singapore.

Role: Security Engineer

Technical Skills:

• At least 4 to 5 years focused on large‑scale Elastic‑Stack design, deployment and support

Production experience across the following technologies:

• Production‑grade experience with the Elastic Stack – ingestion, indexing, monitoring and analytics (mandatory).
• Strong hands‑on experience with KAFKA.
• Proficient Linux administration (RHEL/Ubuntu).
• Scripting/programming – Python or Bash (minimum 2 years).
• Automation/orchestration – Ansible (or equivalent) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven production‑support background; comfortable with both virtual and physical environments.
• Banking‑sector experience is as a plus.
