Operations & Administration Executive

Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, contracts, attendance, scheduling and leave records

• Assist with recruitment, payroll, CPF, work pass and other HR-related matters

• Organise and verify supplier invoices, SOAs, payment records, expenses and accounting documents

• Prepare and verify daily outlet sales data and management reports

• Assist with outlet operations, cashiering, system issues and operational discrepancies

• Coordinate with management, front-of-house, kitchen teams, suppliers and other stakeholders

• Support frontline F&B operations when required and develop a practical understanding of outlet operations

• Assist with new outlet setup, staff training and other operational projects

• Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets with good data management skills

• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers

• Strong sense of responsibility, execution and problem-solving skills

• Able to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Good Chinese communication skills with basic working proficiency in English

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced frontline F&B environment

• Willing to provide hands-on support at outlets when operationally required

• Experience in F&B, administration, HR, accounting or outlet operations is an advantage

We are looking for someone who is comfortable handling office administration and operational data while also being able to understand and support frontline restaurant operations when required.
