Tech Advisor

About the role
LUCET is looking for a Tech Advisor to drive AI and digital transformation both internally and for our clients, designing the tools and workflows that let our team operate at scale, and advising client organizations on doing the same, from a business, technology, and delivery perspective. The role also covers Strategy projects and leading large-scale project management and post-merger integration (PMI) engagements.

What you'll do

• Own LUCET's internal AI transformation roadmap: meeting intelligence, knowledge management, ERP governance, workflow automation
• Advise clients on technology strategy and AI/digital transformation, and lead delivery from assessment through implementation
• Lead large-scale, complex project management engagements, including post-merger integration (PMI) programs
• Build and maintain an AI Gateway / model-orchestration layer balancing cost, performance, and data-residency requirements
• Evaluate, integrate, and govern third-party AI tools and vendors, internally and in client environments
• Translate technical AI capability into business outcomes, workflow redesigns, business cases, steering-committee materials
• Partner with client stakeholders and leadership to identify high-impact opportunities where technology, process, and strategy changes drive business value

What you bring

• Strong background in IT strategy, digital transformation, or AI/ML engineering
• Proven track record in consulting, managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects; PMI experience a strong plus
• Hands-on experience with LLM tooling, workflow automation, or agentic systems
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on business and technology strategy
• Strong systems thinking, able to map a manual process and redesign it end-to-end
