ARCHITECTURE DRAFTER

Responsibilities

• Assist architects in developing construction plans and designs.
• Prepare layouts, elevations, and construction drawings.
• Support design development and research.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Maintain project drawings and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe, or other BIM software.
• Good knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
