Part-time/Full time Recruiter Needed!

Remuneration: Up to $25/hour + Incentives

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Recruitment Intern to assist in our talent acquisition.

You will manage the hiring process, which including job advertising, application and resume screening, assessing candidate suitability, interviews, scheduling, and more. Training and clear guidelines will be provided.

Job Description:

• Brainstorm, write, and publish job postings.
• Process applicants and review resumes according to company requirements.
• Conduct preliminary checks and screen candidates.
• Monitor and maintain job portals, such as FastJobs.
• Keep up with hiring trends across various demographics and age ranges.
• Support ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans or PRs.
• Good command of English, and fluency in Chinese is preferable.
• Full A-level cert, local Diploma, or Degree.
• Experience in hiring and recruitment HELPS but is NOT A MUST.
