Procurement Manager (up to $7,500 base + bonus)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, RFQs, negotiations, and contract management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional suppliers to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and reliable supply.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support procurement planning, new business initiatives, and operational requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives across quality, service, and cost.
• Support inventory planning and supply continuity while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Analyse procurement trends, market pricing, and supplier performance to drive cost optimisation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Lead and develop a Procurement Executive while supporting cross-functional collaboration and process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience managing end-to-end procurement within facilities management, food services, data centres, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong supplier negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good commercial acumen with experience driving cost optimisation and operational improvements.
• Experience using ERP systems and preparing procurement reports will be advantageous.
• Able to work independently within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
