Corporate Secretarial & Admin Executive

Jobs description:

• Assisting the manager in handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, Annual Return filings, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients;
• Assisting in conducting client due diligence (KYC);
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and clients;
• Monitor client and team deadlines; and
• Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Pleasant personality;
• Committed and dedicated;
• Computer literate and good with Microsoft Office and Outlook;
• Proficiency in Companies Act will be an added advantage.
