Internal Communication Senior Specialist

Your Role

• Develop and implement a comprehensive multimedia communication strategy utilizing an extensive portfolio of promotional materials and channels. This approach aims to consistently present a cutting-edge and appealing company image to all employees, ensuring engagement and alignment with the organization's values and objectives.
• Enhance employees' sense of belonging, pride, and engagement by delivering top-tier communication materials. This commitment to excellence ensures that all communications reflect the organization's mission and vision and foster a strong, unified company culture.
• Collaborate closely with Regional and Business Communications teams to develop and coordinate high-quality multimedia content. This content will be strategically designed to effectively support and advance the company's communication objectives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful message across all platforms.
• Create and manage high-level multimedia content, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and the company strategy, to ensure that the company's messages are effectively communicated and foster a strong connection with the audience, enhance brand perception, and support the overall communication objectives of the company.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Multimedia, Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in an Internal or Corporate Communication role
• Business partnering experience in a High Tech industry is an advantage
• Extensive knowledge of Office suites, Multimedia tools and Social Media Management
• English business proficiency
