Rubik's Cube Trainer (Children Enrichment Centre) - Central/ West - WCDT

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop and review lesson plans and curriculum based on the centre’s requirements.
• Conduct engaging and fun-filled Rubik’s Cube classes in accordance with the centre’s teaching standards and values, including group, joint and individual classes.
• Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans and classroom activities in advance.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages children to develop problem-solving, logical thinking, concentration and creativity.
• Plan and implement interactive learning experiences and hands-on activities suitable for children of different ages and abilities.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ learning progress and provide appropriate guidance and support.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with children and parents while acting as a positive role model.
• Communicate with parents and assist in addressing their questions, feedback and concerns when required.
• Support the promotion and awareness of Rubik’s Cube education and related enrichment programmes offered by the centre.
• Assist in organising and managing centre events, workshops, holiday camps, competitions and other educational programmes.
• Assist with administrative tasks, documentation and record-keeping related to classes and students.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children through close supervision in classrooms, play areas and other areas within the centre.
• Maintain accurate records and conduct regular observations of students’ learning, development and progress.
• Assist the Principal with assigned duties related to the daily operations and business activities of the centre.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

*5 days work week (must comfortable to commit weekend)
