Job Summary
Responsible for planning and executing public relations and communications initiatives across Southeast Asia, while managing media relations in Singapore. This role covers regional PR strategy, agency management, corporate communications, sustainability reporting, and internal communications to strengthen the company's brand and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Regional & Singapore PR
- Develop and implement integrated PR and communications strategies across Southeast Asia.
- Manage media relations and press engagement in Singapore.
- Create and oversee press releases, media materials, executive messaging, and thought leadership content.
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and PR activations.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution.
- Manage regional PR agencies and monitor performance against agreed KPIs, including media coverage and campaign effectiveness.
Sustainability Communications & Reporting
- Coordinate the regional sustainability reporting process with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Consolidate and validate sustainability data across markets to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
- Support the preparation, review, and verification of sustainability report content.
- Track project timelines and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion of sustainability initiatives.
Internal & Corporate Communications
- Manage internal communications, including monthly newsletters and employee engagement content.
- Support the development of corporate messaging and executive communications.
- Prepare briefing materials, interview talking points, speeches, and Q&A documents for company spokespersons.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communication channels.
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications, preferably in a regional role.
- Strong media relations experience with a proven ability to build and maintain media networks.
- Experience managing external PR agencies and driving performance against established KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
