ART TEACHER (PART TIME)

Job Description & Requirements

• Prepare and teach art classes to children age 3 to 12 years old. (e.g. Acrylic painting, oil painting, watercolour, sketching, oil pastel, clay, etc.)
• Teach Fine Art to children age 10 to 12 years old.
• Design and develop art curriculum and lesson plans
• Create positive and vibrant classroom environment that is conducive for learning
• Guide the student effectively to achieve learning outcomes in the curriculum, while tracking progress and providing timely feedback.
• Monitor the progress of each child and cultivate their interests and confidence in learning art.

Requirements:

• Possess art background and certification.
• Experience in art curriculum development will be an added advantage.
• Passionate about art and enjoy working with children.
• Positive, cheerful, responsible and resourceful.
• Self-motivated with initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
• Able to travel across Singapore on assignment.
