IT Support Engineer

We are a growing Family Office looking for a proactive, hands-on IT Support Engineer to oversee our day-to-day tech operations, maintain our infrastructure, and assist with key upcoming technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Day-to-Day Technical Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal IT issues involving hardware, software, networking, and printers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve MacOS and Windows laptop/desktop issues in a timely, approachable manner.

• Provision and manage user accounts, email setups, and software access (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, password managers).

2. Onboarding & Asset Management

• Procure, configure, and deploy laptops and workstations for all new hires.

• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date inventory of all company IT assets, hardware, and software licenses.

3. Server Room & Infrastructure Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain on-site server room equipment, including network switches, routers, firewalls, and NAS/backup storage solutions.

• Execute and monitor regular data backups to ensure strict data security and disaster readiness.
