Job Summary

Manage project tenders and contracts with a focus on Archi, Interior Fit-Out works cost estimation and contract administration. Prepare quotes, assist stakeholders in accounts settlement to support construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for contracts and tenders to support project bidding and execution
• Perform quantity surveying costing to ensure budget compliance
• Administer contract documentation and processes throughout pre- and post-tender phases to maintain project control
• Assist clients, suppliers, and contractors in resolving accounts settlement issues to facilitate smooth financial transactions
• Understand Revit, AutoCAD, and drawings to pick up quantities for costing
• Work with the team with meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure quality and compliance
• Communicate effectively in English to interpret contract practices and coordinate with project stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Meticulous and detailed oriented
• Minimum 4 years for junior and 8 years for senior position with combined experience in interior fit-out and/or builder’s trade as a main contractor
• Knowledge of tender contracts and project tender processes
