Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, leads and sales.

• Create engaging content for social media, website, email marketing and promotional materials.

• Manage company social media platforms, content calendar, posting schedule and community engagement.

• Coordinate photoshoots, videos and marketing materials with internal and external partners.

• Support SEO, SEM and paid advertising campaigns to improve traffic, conversions and ROI.

• Build and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.

• Track campaign performance, analyse data and prepare regular marketing reports with actionable insights.

• Manage CRM, sales tracker and customer database accurately.

• Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, affiliates, media and strategic business partners.

• Coordinate marketing events, product launches, promotions and customer engagement activities.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities.

• Support sales initiatives and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.

• 5 –10 years of marketing experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative, proactive and detail-oriented with good organisational skills.

• Familiar with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Xiaohongshu (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design/editing tools.

• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and Meta Ads is an advantage.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Passionate about digital marketing, branding, content creation and continuous learning.

• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers and managing Chinese-language content where required.
