Operations Personnel (Recovery)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign vehicle recovery jobs to towing operators and recovery personnel.

• Keep customers updated on the status and estimated arrival time of recovery services.

• Verify recovery requests, vehicle details, and required documents before deployment.

• Monitor recovery progress and ensure vehicles are delivered to the correct location.

• Provide basic roadside assistance, including battery replacement and tyre puncture repairs.

• Ensure tools, equipment, and recovery supplies are well maintained and ready for use.

• Update job progress and recovery records in the company's system.

• Report any issues or difficult cases to the supervisor promptly.

• Always follow company procedures and road safety regulations.
  

Key Requirements

• Min 1 year of experience in vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, fleet operations, logistics, dispatch, repossession, or a related operational role is preferred.

• Must possess valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence.

• Basic automotive knowledge, particularly in battery replacement and tyre repair, is an advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
