Office Cleaner (Permanent Part-Time | 5 days | Afternoon)

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Job Scope

• Clean, stock, and keep all assigned facility areas neat (including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and general cleaning)

• Empty all trash bins and dispose of waste properly into designated collection areas

• Perform and record routine checks and maintenance tasks as scheduled

• Report to management immediately about any damages, or repair needs

• Clean windows, glass doors, and glass panels to keep them clear and free of smudges

• Keep the pantry, meeting rooms, and all common areas properly stocked with supplies and maintained in good order

• Inform the manager when pantry or cleaning supplies are running low for timely reordering

• Cooperate with other staff members and provide assistance when required

• Follow all health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Ability to follow simple instructions and complete tasks with or without direct supervision

• Physically able to perform cleaning duties such as standing, bending, lifting, and carrying supplies (e.g., trash bags, cleaning buckets, mops)

• Punctual and reliable in reporting to work on time each scheduled day

• Willingness to learn and ask questions when unsure about any task or procedure

• Basic understanding of safe chemical handling and cleaning practices (training can be provided)

• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
