What will you be doing?

You will work alongside our management team to guide floor operations, mentor servers and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable Loco experience.

• Lead by example: Deliver exceptional service on the floor while guiding, supporting, and motivating the service team.
• Oversee daily floor operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, briefing the team, and ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Train and mentor: Help train new servers and part timers, ensuring high service, hygiene, safety and grooming standards are consistently met.
• Handle guest feedback: Address guest inquiries and feedback with warmth, professionalism, and quick problem-solving.
• Support restaurant management: Work closely with Managers to track daily operational needs and manage floor flow.
