• 5-Day Work Week, Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Working Location: Yishun Industrial

We are looking for a proactive, organised and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with procurement, logistics or order fulfilment experience to take ownership of purchasing, inventory planning and supply chain coordination in a fast-paced environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Planning & Reporting
  Prepare and submit weekly inventory reports and forecasts to management to support effective purchasing and business planning.
• Procurement & Order Management
  Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders, monitor purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Procurement Documentation
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchased products, delivery information, invoices and other relevant documentation.
• Warehouse Coordination
  Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage, smooth inventory movement and accurate stock management.
• Stock Transfer & Adjustment
  Manage store transfers and stock adjustments efficiently based on operational requirements.
• Supply Chain Coordination
  Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, forwarders and warehouse personnel to ensure seamless end-to-end order fulfilment.
• Ad Hoc Projects
  Support management with ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement and/or Logistics.
• 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, service or order fulfilment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience with WMS, SCM systems and inventory/planning processes.
