Patient Service Associate - 3 Month Contract | Near Novena MRT

Job Summary/Benefits:

• Temporary Contract, 3-month (extension subject to vacancy and business needs)
• Salary: $11/hour
• Location: Novena

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
• Perform proper patient check-in accurately and discharge them timely based on orders
• Assist with appointment call reminders
• Assist with scheduling of appointments
• Manage patient's bill – Medisave / PMI verification
• Ensure that all patients' documents are scanned in and filed away securely
• Ensure general housekeeping cleanliness of counters and workstations are maintained
• Ensure safe handling of patients' privacy and data confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1 Year related experience as a patient service associate
• Vaccination requirements: Tdap (10-year validity), Varicella/Chicken pox (2 doses), MMR (2 doses)
