  Monday–Friday: 8:00am–6:30pm
  Saturday: 8:00am–1:00pm
• HDB/BTO experience + BIM Certification are mandatory.

Are you a BIM Modeller with hands-on experience in HDB/BTO projects and a strong command of Revit?

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated BIM Modeller to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality BIM models and construction documentation for major HDB/BTO projects.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop, update and maintain accurate 3D BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
• Produce construction drawings, shop drawings and documentation from BIM models
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural and M&E disciplines
• Perform clash detection, identify coordination issues and work with relevant parties on resolutions
• Support site teams by providing accurate BIM information for construction
• Prepare authority submissions and technical/shop drawings
• Develop construction sequencing models and as-built BIM models
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors and project teams
• Ensure models and deliverables comply with project requirements, BIM standards and relevant Singapore regulations

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in BIM, Building, Engineering, Architecture, etc.
• 2 years of BIM coordination / BIM management experience in HDB / BTO / HDB PBU projects is essential
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit – Architectural & Structural, Navisworks and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding in BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Development (LOD), BIM coordination workflows, Document control systems, Architectural, structural and M&E drawings, Construction methodologiesLocal construction standards and codes
• Knowledge of Singapore authority requirements, including BCA, HDB BIM requirements and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD)
• Must possess a BIM Certificate
