We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Systems Specialist (SAP) who thrives at the intersection of supply chain operations, enterprise technology, and data investigation. You will partner directly with business leaders to design smarter, more resilient planning and logistics ecosystems.

about the job

• Partner with regional and global business leaders to analyze complex supply chain challenges through discovery workshops, fit-gap analyses, and requirements gathering, user stories, and process models.
• Play a key role in full-lifecycle rollouts, migrations, and enhancements for Advanced Planning Systems (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP/APO) and core ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA/ECC).
• Using SQL, SAP queries, and data visualization tools to audit system behaviour, resolve transactional defects, and ensure integration accuracy across platforms.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating technical complexity into clear business insights
• Work across S&OP/IBP, Procurement, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Management, ensuring master data governance and clean system loops.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), define validation logic, manage cutover activities, and conduct hands-on training to ensure seamless business adoption.

skills and experience required
8+ years of experience grounded in end-to-end supply chain functions, with a firm grasp of planning, master scheduling, materials management, and inventory optimization.

Proven background participating in at least two major implementations or migrations of enterprise planning tools or ERP modules.

Demonstrated ability to query, manipulate, and model data (via SQL, SAP queries, Power BI, Python, or advanced data tools) to troubleshoot issues rather than just relying on high-level documentation
