POWER PLANT MANAGER (WÄRTSILÄ ENGINE) - BASED in BATAM

• Based in Batam, Indonesia

• Remuneration: SGD$8,000 to SGD12,000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Accommodation provided

• Free Ferry provided to go to and back Singapore over weekends

• Must possess experience with Wärtsilä engine power plant
  

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of power generation facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimal plant performance, and continuous improvement.

· Oversee daily power plant operations to maintain safety, reliability, and efficiency.

· Develop and improve operational procedures, systems, and processes.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, safety, and company standards.

· Optimise plant asset performance, maintenance planning, and reliability.

· Lead troubleshooting and corrective actions to minimise downtime.

· Manage budgets, resources, and manpower effectively.

· Lead, coach, and develop the power plant team to drive operational excellence.

Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering or related

• At least 7 years of experience in Power Plant operations

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in Power Plant 0perations.

• Must possess experience with Wärtsilä engine power plant

• Ok to be based in Batam
