EVENTS EXECUTIVE |MK-INX-A-B19

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, from pre-event setup to post-event breakdown
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth event execution and timely delivery of services
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand event requirements and objectives
• Manage event logistics including catering, audiovisual equipment, seating arrangements, and transportation
• Handle registration processes, guest lists, and on-site coordination to ensure a seamless attendee experience
• Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure events are delivered within allocated limits
• Gather post-event feedback from clients and attendees to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
• Create and maintain event documentation including contracts, schedules, and checklists

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team engagement
• Able to work well under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes or challenges
