Senior Business Development / Account Manager

What You Will Do

• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our company various services, deepening client relationships and growing account value over time.

• Own a territory of 150+ accounts across various industries (preferably in eCommerce, Fintech Industries), managing renewal and expansion with a relationship-first approach

• Build and sustain consultative relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, COOs).

Required Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in account management, client-facing sales, or a quota-carrying revenue role — ideally within fintech, financial services, or an adjacent founder-facing environment.

• Demonstrated track record of top-tier quota attainment and consistent revenue or account growth, including experience scaling volume or pipeline over multiple consecutive quarters.
• Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with founders, business owners, and C-suite executives, with a natural strength in storytelling
• Ability to manage a large, complex account portfolio (100+ accounts) across multiple industry verticals simultaneously (preferably in eCommerce, Fintech Industries), with the discipline and data-driven prioritization to focus on high-value opportunities while ensuring no accounts are neglected.
• Proficiency using CRM and data tools to track pipeline, surface insights, and inform account strategy, alongside strong data analysis instincts.
• Experience using data visualization or business intelligence tools to surface portfolio-level insights and proactively identify renewal or expansion opportunities.
• Proficiency in both English and French is highly advantageous, as you will be working with key clients based in France and Canada.
