R&D Executive – Product Formulation & Blending | Food Manufacturing

• $3,500 – $4,500 basic + Performance Bonus
• 5-day work week, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Pioneer/Tuas

🔬 What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and optimise blending formulations using available raw materials
• Calculate ingredient ratios to achieve finished products that meet required specifications and quality standards
• Adjust formulations based on raw material availability, properties and stock levels
• Perform calculations for blending, yield, material consumption and production quantities
• Monitor raw material inventory and recommend suitable materials for blending
• Maintain accurate formulation records, calculations and inventory data
• Use Microsoft Excel to analyse formulations, stock levels and material consumption
• Work closely with Production and Quality teams to conduct blending trials and verify finished products
• Investigate formulation variances and recommend appropriate adjustments
• Support cost optimisation while maintaining required product standards

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel {formulas/lookups/Pivot Tables)
• Inventory management and material planning
• Must be comfortable with longer working hours when required to support production and business needs.
