Financial Planning and Analysis (Construction)

Job Scope:

• Assist in the monthly closing and forecasting process for multiple entities.

• Prepare forecasts and provide recommendations for corrective actions where necessary.

• Consolidate monthly forecasts and prepare detailed variance analysis reports.

• Investigate unusual variances and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.

• Develop periodic management reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

• Support business performance analysis and provide insights to facilitate decision-making.

• Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.

• Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

• Provide administrative and operational support to senior management.

• Prepare presentation materials, reports, and business correspondence.

• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, business reporting, or a similar analytical role
