Field Service Technician (Medical Devices/1 Year Contract/Up to $3800)

Job Responsibility

• Taking responsibilities for repairing and testing of organization's products.
• Managing the tools upkeep and calibration.
• Managing workorders, quotations, and Invoicing of service.
• Managing Repair Centre Upkeep, Housekeeping & Cleanliness.
• Managing spare parts inventory planning, ordering, and receiving.
• Working with other brands/companies under the Organization for all repairs related work requirement.
• Manage the repair activity.
• Performing onsite commissioning (installation) and maintenance of medical devices.
• You might be required to work on weekend.
• Tracking warranties of instruments.
• Performing on-site or over the phone Customer Support.
• Managing Service Logistics (inwards and out wards repairs).

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

• Diploma/ Degree in any Field with minimum 1 year of experience in a field service or technician role.
• Experience in Mechatronics or Electronics preferred but not a must.
• Ability to trouble-shoot.
• Basic Microsoft office skills
