Senior Investment Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Investment Manager to join our founding team. This is a strategic leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the investment direction and growth trajectory of the firm. The successful candidate will work closely with the Investment Committee to lead the formulation and execution of investment strategies, contribute to portfolio management, and play a key role in investor engagement and business growth.

This role is ideal for a senior investment professional seeking to make a meaningful impact in a new and growing fund management platform.

Compensation

As this is an early-stage venture, there will be no remuneration at the outset. Compensation will be introduced once the business achieves sufficient AUM growth to support operational sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of the Fund’s investment strategy across equities, equity funds, and equity/equity index derivatives.
• Lead research and investment idea generation, ensuring alignment with fund objectives and risk parameters.
• Participate in the Investment Committee to oversee asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management.
• Contribute to the development of investment governance frameworks, processes, and performance monitoring mechanisms.
• Actively monitor global macroeconomic and market developments to inform tactical positioning.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in investment management, including roles involving portfolio management, equity research, or fund-of-funds.
• Deep understanding of global equity markets and derivatives, with demonstrated success in managing investments or advising institutional portfolios.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Prior experience in setting up or building out investment platforms is highly advantageous.
• Eligible to be appointed as a licensed representative under MAS regulations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach, suited for a start-up environment.
