Sales & Marketing Executive (E-Commerce / Retail / Roadshow)

About the Role:

SINGGATE is a market leader in Singapore’s smart home security industry. To fuel our rapid expansion across both digital space and physical footprints, we are looking for dynamic Sales & Marketing Professionals to join our team.

We operate an omni-channel ecosystem including top e-commerce platforms, our West Mall Retail Showroom, and high-traffic Roadshows. To match your unique strengths, we offer Two Specialized Tracks for this position:

• [Track A: Marketing & Platform Specialist] — Focus: E-Commerce store ops, digital growth, traffic driving, and lead generation.

• [Track B: Sales & Conversion Executive] — Focus: Direct sales conversion across online inquiries, West Mall Retail Shop, and Roadshows.

What You Will Do:

If you are on [Track A: Marketing & Platform Specialist]

• Store & Platform Management: Take full lifecycle ownership of our storefronts on Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. Monitor inventory, pricing, and campaign tools.

• Traffic & Visibility Optimization: Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve Google rankings and product discoverability. Manage paid advertisement budgets (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) effectively.

• Content & Campaign Creation: Design and create compelling visual assets (using Canva, Photoshop, or AI tools) for product listings, social media posts, and monthly platform mega-campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12).

• Lead Generation: Drive high-quality inbound inquiries and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) for the sales team.

If you are on [Track B: Sales & Retail Conversion Executive]

• Digital Lead Conversion: Actively manage and reply to sales inquiries across all online platforms, WhatsApp API, and social media channels, converting traffic into closed sales.

• Retail & Roadshow Sales: Station at our West Mall Retail Outlet or dynamic Roadshow locations during peak periods to engage walk-in customers, present smart home solutions, and drive physical store revenue.

• Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer pain points, provide expert consultations, follow up on warm leads, and ensure an exceptional end-to-end buying experience.

• Cross-Channel Synergy: Collect offline customer feedback to help the marketing team optimize online messaging and promotions.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce operation, Digital Marketing, or Retail/Roadshow Sales.

• Platform Savvy (For Track A): Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, TikTok Shop backend, and ad managers.

• Sales Driven (For Track B): Confident, expressive, and passionate about striking up conversations with retail customers and closing deals.

• Tech-Savvy & AI-Curious: Active user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney/Canva, CapCut) to accelerate content creation or workflow efficiency. We value digital efficiency!

• Language: Professional fluency in English and Chinese to communicate with our diverse customer base and coordinate with suppliers/teams.
