Architectural Technician

Role Description This full-time Architectural Technician role is an on-site positionbased in Singapore. The Architectural Technician will support project teams indeveloping detailed technical drawings, construction documentation, andcoordination packages across various stages of design and delivery. Day-to-dayresponsibilities include producing and updating CAD drawings, assisting in thepreparation of tender, authority submission and construction documents, andensuring that technical solutions align with design intent, building codes, andsustainability goals. The role involves close collaboration with thearchitectural design team, external consultants, and contractors to resolvetechnical issues, coordinate multidisciplinary information, and maintaindocument accuracy. The Architectural Technician will also contribute to qualitycontrol, participate in design reviews, and support the implementation ofoffice standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Technology and a solid understanding of Architecture principles and building systems.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Technical Drawing and the production of detailed Construction Drawings for various project stages.
• Candidates should possess advanced Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills, ideally including experience with industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
• Candidates should possess knowledge of application of relevant building codes, regulations, and construction practices
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines within project teams.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in an architectural practice is highly beneficial.

Experience with CAD / BIM workflows, sustainable design standards, and large-scale or complex projects is an advantage.
