Pizza Kitchen Crew

KeyResponsibilities

• Prepare all mise-en-place accurately and ensure readiness before service
• Pull, portion, and shape dough before conditioning for proofing
• Take orders and handle cashiering duties
• Craft high-quality pizzas according to incoming orders
• Brew and prepare coffee and other beverage
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and work area
• Perform stock taking and place orders to ensure adequate inventory levels
• Follow First In First Out (FIFO) procedures for all ingredients and supplies
• Assist in general kitchen operations and support team members where needed

Requirements

• Prior 1-2 years of F&B or kitchen experience is a plus
• Training will be provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays (shift-based)
• Able to start immediately
