IT Executive (Tuas)

Monthly Salary: UP to $4,500 (Negotiable)

Our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Executive to provide end-user support, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, administer Microsoft 365, and support Business Central and Odoo users. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, including AI productivity tools, and thrives in a collaborative small IT team.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• End-user IT support and troubleshooting

• Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

• IT infrastructure and network support

• User account administration and device deployment

• Central ERP support

• Odoo CRM support

• IT asset management and documentation

• Cybersecurity and IT governance activities

• AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT

• Technology improvement and digitalisation initiatives

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and warranty claims.

• This role may require after-hours or weekend support during system upgrades or emergencies.

• Accountability and responsibility to respond promptly to critical IT problems and work to restore services with minimal business disruption.
  

User Support & Service Delivery (35%)

• Timely resolution of user support requests

• User satisfaction and responsiveness

• Effective onboarding and offboarding support

Infrastructure & System Support (25%)

• Support of network, systems and backup operations

• Reduction of recurring technical issues

• Successful completion of assigned maintenance activities

ERP & CRM Support (15%)

• Support for Business Central and Odoo users

• User training and issue resolution

• Maintenance of system documentation

IT Asset & Security Management (15%)

• Accuracy of IT asset records

• Compliance with IT standards and procedures

• Participation in cybersecurity initiatives

• Manage IT assets, including inventory, software licensing, warranty records, and equipment lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement & AI Adoption (10%)

• Contribution to automation and process improvements

• Participation in AI-related projects and initiatives

• Ongoing professional development and training
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proactive and hands-on individuals

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline

• Approximately 1–3 years of relevant IT experience

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments

• Basic understanding of networking and infrastructure

• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies

• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively within a small team

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics - Business Central, Odoo CRM, Power Automate, Intune or cybersecurity tools would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
