Warehouse Coordinator (Pioneer & Calshot Road | Up to $2,700)

1) Work Location: 15 Pioneer Walk (PW#06-05)

(Rotating Shift)

Day Shift:

Monday to Friday 7:45 am – 4:45 pm; Saturday 7:45 am – 11:45 am

Night Shift ($7/day):

Monday to Friday 4:00 pm – 10:30 pm; Saturday off

2) Work Location: 51 Calshot Road (East Area) - Outbound Operation

(Rotating Shift)

Day Shift:

Monday to Friday 7:45 am – 4:45 pm; Saturday 7:45 am – 11:45 am

Night Shift ($9/day):

Monday to Friday 4:15 pm – 1:00 am; Saturday off

3) Work Location: 51 Calshot Road (East Area) - Super Store

(Rotating Shift)

Day Shift:

Monday to Friday 7:45 am – 4:45pm; Saturday 7:45 am – 11:45 am

Night Shift ($9/day):

Monday to Friday 4:15 pm – 1:00 am; Saturday off

Duties / Scope of Work

•To key in warehouse operation date into the Warehouse Management System/Inventory System accurately and timely. Keep the WMS system up to date on a daily basis.

•To respond and follow up on enquiries by customers.

•To coordinate with all customers on the inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all schedules are met.

•To perform and support weekly cycle count, monthly or yearly inventory count.

•To have proper filing of warehouse documentations, as well as handing equipment servicing records etc.

•To perform daily pick, pack and transportation arrangements.

•To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements & Qualifications

•Secondary/O Level

•Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment

•Able to operate VNA/ Stacker/Forklift, would be an advantage

•Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
