Accounts Executive (6 Months Contract - Sept Onwards)

This short‑term contract role is for a detail‑oriented Accounts Executive supporting the Finance team. The position focuses on ensuring hotel revenue records are accurate and that daily revenue reports are prepared promptly to support smooth operations and providing reliable information for management decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review postings from Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other outlets to ensure accuracy.

• Prepare daily and monthly revenue reports, check & reconcile balances, and assist with closing tasks at the end of each period.

• Verify daily cash reports, perform surprise cash counts, and assist with reconciliations.

• Check new packages or promotions in PMS/POS systems for accuracy.

• Check postings for F&B points, group/event reward, Marriott transaction assessment fees & Front Office upselling records to ensure accuracy.

• Work with Front Office, F&B, and other departments to resolve posting issues. Support with external audits and general finance duties as required.
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Income Audit.

• Prior experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is highly preferred.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or equivalent

• Sharp attention to detail with a strong ability to spot financial discrepancies quickly.

• Must be able to commit fully to the 6-month contract duration starting in September.
